The Goal
Hokkaido Sashimi Marketplace was preparing to launch its second location and needed to build local awareness fast, while making sure the opening actually translated into real foot traffic.
What Happened
To support a Hokkaido Sashimi Marketplace's 2nd location launch, we implemented a localized organic content strategy focused on awareness, community engagement, and conversion to in-person traffic. By aligning high-quality visuals with content tailored to local interests, we were able to build momentum leading up to opening. This resulted in 2,000+ new followers, over 500K views, and more than 800 people attending the soft opening weekend.
